The clips are mostly very brief, but try the links on the left side for more information on the topic in which you're interested. Type in today's date, or your birthday, or any random date in the small box in the orange bar, and presto! A must-use for the history nut. Here's the link:

This link is awesome! What a great resource for my broadcast journalism classes. The students write school news stories/packages; however, these "quick" topics provide for great feature ideas.

We've used this link in Clarion as well. It actually became a recurrent "This Week in History" section of our hard copy a few years ago.
